The panties WEST include 2 types of rings so that you can experiment and use different sizes of the dildo. Just unfasten the pieces on the Y-shaped part and change it. The panties buckle at the waist and go around the legs. The construction of WEST fits snugly and fixates the dildo. Surely, we added a soft backing to the panties that prevents chafing the sensitive areas.
